Pilates

Pilates is an incredibly effective and invigorating exercise regime that keeps you fit, relaxed and happy! The method focuses on an efficient use of breath and flowing movement to achieve a relaxed body and mind. It strengthens your core, promotes good posture, improves flexibility, aids with aches and pains (especially back pain) and lowers stress levels.
